Copyright/Image Use:
Emily Bolt Photography retains the copyright to all images per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law). Final digital images include limited copyright release transferred to the client. Your purchase is for a license to use the images for personal and professional use, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, social media content, use in marketing and advertising collateral of client’s business and web publishing. 

Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of the images of any nature. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Sharing or selling images by client to a third party for use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated. Any use by a third party including, but not limited to, builders, architects, stagers, interior designers, and vendors, is prohibited. If a third party wishes to use the images, a separate license, print release, or express written permission from EBP is required.

Printed Publications:
Images published in magazines, books, or any other printed publication must receive permission from Emily Bolt Photography, a separate license and must include photo credit to “Emily Bolt Photography”.

Property Condition and Photo Readiness:
By scheduling the photoshoot, you affirm that the property will be ready at the time of the photoshoot.

Weather Policy:
There will not be a fee to reschedule the photoshoot due to weather within 2 hours of the photoshoot time. Exterior photos cannot be guaranteed if rain is present. There may be an exterior shoot fee if the photographer is required to return to photograph exteriors at a later time or date due to rain. In the event of severe weather conditions, Emily Bolt Photography retains the right to reschedule the photoshoot for the next available appointment time.

Parking/Mileage:
Properties located more than 30 miles outside of Greenville, SC will be subject to a mileage fee. Mileage fees vary based on exact mileage. Properties that require paid parking will be subject to a parking fee. Parking fees vary.
