The School of Styling: Greensboro

I honestly feel like my time at The School of Styling was all a big happy dream and didn't actually happen...but I have the photos to prove it. For those who have never heard of TSOS, it is an experience designed to equip and encourage creative entrepreneurs to style with intention, build smart businesses, and cultivate life-giving community. It was full of classes and hands-on experiences such as tabletop styling, flat-lay styling, flower arranging and calligraphy. Basically all the desires of my creative heart in a few short days!

EMBRACE.
On the first day we were asked to pick a word. Even though it took me until last night to land on one...embrace couldn’t be more perfect in so many ways. To embrace this new season of motherhood I am about to enter. A season I’ve looked forward to for so long. To embrace that along with this new season my business may change a bit and while that is scary it also might just be the kick in the pants I needed to grow and expand it in ways I was too scared to before. And lastly to embrace the fact that it’s okay that I have multiple creative passions and that there are ways to pursue more than one and that they can actually work together quite beautifully.

So be on the lookout for more than just weddings on here as I embrace and not stifle my love for all things photography, design (interior + graphic), styling, and simply capturing everyday life beautifully.
